To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐之前行過已經想試,咁啱今日收工經過見到剛好係特價烤雞出爐時間,立即買返隻返屋企加餸,滿懷希望咁返到屋企仲大大聲同娘親講我買咗隻燒雞加餸,開飯前仲入廚房叫娘親斬雞出嚟,點知娘親話乜呢隻係雞咩,佢大過隻乳鴿少少咋喎!我話$48你仲想有幾大呀?好食咪得囉!隻雞一放上砧板,把菜刀只係輕輕掂到佢一下,佢就成隻散晒,當時果情況就好似你切舊百福滑豆腐咁,hi一hi就成舊四分五裂咁散開晒,娘親話咁既雞都有人買?我都係果句:好食咪得囉~如是者,食飯果陣我第一時間食件雞髀先,點知一入口,味道不似預期,咩味都冇,又淋,食咗一舊已經唔想再食~之後佢就投入左垃圾筒既懷抱~以後都唔會再見👋🏻完~
