今日一個大客戶約我出去食午餐,話想多謝我之前嘅幫忙,幫佢解決左一D技術上嘅問題。我哋呢D做細嘅,當然留比D老闆話事啦。老闆即係老闆,一句就話"去銅鑼灣富豪啦"...今日1點嚟到,坐底等。呢度嘅裝修都好OLD SCHOOL,幾切合富豪呢個名。老闆嚟到點菜,即點咗佢哋一D必食菜式。阿翁鮑魚咁出名,又點可以冇呢。正宗日本吉品鮑魚,我估應該廿頭,真係做到糖心黏刀。一流!紅燒翅,湯頭濃郁,啖啖都有金華火腿同雞嘅香+鮮,翅亦都係一梳梳,非常飽滿。炆燒班骨腩,啖啖肉,乾身味濃,合格!最喜歡係佢D生蒜粒,極品!半隻鹽焗雞,用上新鮮雞,皮脆肉嫩,表皮下嘅薄薄黃油,真係非常甘香,令人回味無窮。富豪荷葉飯,用上鮑汁,蝦米,瑤柱,呢個組合邊有得輸。係好似鹹咗少少。椰汁燉燕窩,雖然只係用碎燕,但係品質都唔差,啖啖都滿口燕窩。呢度叫得富豪酒家,真正係品質優越,難怪咁多年都係富豪飯堂!希望有朝一日呢度都可以係我嘅飯堂!
