To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

😋令我記番真正炒飯係點既味道去開牛頭角，係附近搵吓有咩特色餐廳，見到有沙嗲牛肉炒飯好想食就入左去試吓🤩。樣樣都想食，最後揀左 (1)脆皮牛腩炒飯 (2)蝦頭油炒飯📌脆皮牛腩炒飯，另外附上沙嗲醬，一咬舊牛腩真係不得了🎇，外脆內軟，炒飯真係粒粒分明，有耐性可以逐粒數吓🤣，有炒氣，只係略嫌乾左少少，如果飯粒再飽滿 d 就無敵🌟📌蝦頭油炒飯，以為炒飯差唔多，竟然係完全唔同既感覺，海鮮香味食到停唔口🤤，有蠔仔，帶子粒、蝦人、櫻花蝦，起滿足炒飯份量都好大碟，食左半碟已經飽飽地，但太好停唔到，食完個肚賬到有左3個月咁🫄
