不知道大家有否留意、盛載餐前小食的器皿是用紙做的,不止於此,給我放手袋的小椅亦是紙摺出來的,這是藝術!


與別不同的煮法令我開眼界,尤其習慣了日式吃法更覺新鮮感滿溢,論食味並非超班,但全程感受真好,是慶祝生日的好地方。

荷包輕了,肚子滿意,翌日收到大廚電郵感謝惠顧,心思細密及周到之處盡在不言中,怪不得,米芝蓮二星!
