原來每月的menu都不同, 我地七人第一次去試, 因為地點不便, 想了幾年才實行, 不過餐廳在七月會搬去灣仔道83號, 在囍宴樓下, 咁我地實行可以去多d.餐廳氣份好好, 食物很美味及精緻(不是細小的意思, 是very fine), 服務週到超有禮, 總廚ricky cheung在甜品時段來say hi, 企住傾左半小時, 大家都好開心.(1) Baked Asian Herb Crusted Salmon with Poached White Asparagus- 聽落以為冇料到, 原本舊sashi-grade的salmon fish chunk是用slow-cook方法煮, 比魚生還能帶出三文魚的鮮味, 熟的salmon會太鞋(2) Fresh Hand-picked Crab Meat Gratinated with Parmingiano Cheese Crumbs- 此菜式是好味, 但不夠特別(3) Thai Basil Scented Tomato Consomme- 未見過蕃茄湯不是紅色而是淡茶色, 但咁有蕃茄的清甜香及少少酸味(不靠tomato paste或tomato

(1) Baked Asian Herb Crusted Salmon with Poached White Asparagus
- 聽落以為冇料到, 原本舊sashi-grade的salmon fish chunk是用slow-cook方法煮, 比魚生還能帶出三文魚的鮮味, 熟的salmon會太鞋

(2) Fresh Hand-picked Crab Meat Gratinated with Parmingiano Cheese Crumbs
- 此菜式是好味, 但不夠特別

(3) Thai Basil Scented Tomato Consomme
- 未見過蕃茄湯不是紅色而是淡茶色, 但咁有蕃茄的清甜香及少少酸味(不靠tomato paste或tomato sauce, 甚至我們其中一人選此為全晚最值得欣賞的菜式.

(4) Spaghettini Pasta with Sauteed Garlic Prawn in Lobster Sauce
個汁很濃而不漏, 蝦肉很鮮及肉質彈牙又不是化學產品, spaghetti夠al dente, 超好味!

(4) Carbonara
有black truffle, 上面有隻好正的溫泉蛋及一塊好似個不規則的網的芝士脆片(想不出是怎樣做的), 又有另一位朋友拍爛手掌, 超好味!

(5) Roasted U.S. Prime Ribe Eye with Sauce Bearnaise (牛眼扒的表面是煎封的, 芯是粉紅而有血水, 又juicy), 好味!

(5) Pan-seared "Catch of the Day" Fish Fillet with Sefood Boudin and Chive Beurre Blanc 此道菜比牛肉更加好味, 忘了是什麼鮮魚, 只記得是海魚, 上面有一塊圓形的海鮮cake仔, 好似玉子豆腐的size及質感, 個sauce將魚鮮味更提起.

(6) Dessert Du Jour - Opera Cake Slice with Vanilla Ice-cream改良牌的opera cake切片(不太甜及不是傳統的硬及實, 而是剛夠甜及half-soft), 有幾滴chocolate sauce蘸.

(7) Coffee - 得個苦字, 冇咖啡香味, 唯一no comments的item

每位$680加一, 另食水是mineral water, 結脤每位$781

結脤是收到3個粉紅色的信封, 每個有$100現金, 是sudsidise我們的交通費喎! 嘩, 真係impressed到爆, 唔係我地貪心, 而是餐廳對客人夠thankful的示意.

我們覺得此餐廳是一間超值的fine-dining餐廳, 決定六月再黎!
