位於九龍城的「三和叙」是一家融合了傳統日本料理中的三大菜式(壽司、鐵板燒、爐端燒)和其他和食的餐廳。一家餐廳能做到獨佔五層、高度承襲日本奢華風格裝潢,就知道他們對食材和出品的要求也非同小可。一直已經想試試他們的手藝和創意有多厲害😌今天藉着和朋友慶祝生日,終於完成這個心願🙌🏼貪心的我們今天選了他們的特色菜單,可以一次試到幾類菜式。先是開胃菜的「鮮北寄貝海膽水雲酢物」,鮮甜的海膽和北寄貝墊上的海藻絲,感覺清新。接著是「藁燒淅鮮鯖魚」,半熟的鯖魚肉質經由熱禾稈草慢燻烹製,絕對是傳統的心機菜。鐵板燒的菜式有「海膽大蝦伴松茸菇醬」😻這道非常驚豔!大蝦以海膽汁燒熟再配上摩利菌和松茸菇醬,每口結實的蝦肉也帶着層次分明的香氣。炸物「花膠天婦羅伴乾貝柱雞湯」也同樣出色,花膠做的天婦羅已經非常罕見,配上自家製的乾貝柱雞湯汁,只有這裏才吃得到。再接下來的「羊肚菌釀帶子雞肉煮」是一道非常考廚師功夫的精品,根本捨不得吃下😅直到壓軸的「鐵板佐賀和牛西冷三文治」,燒成半熟的和牛粒在口腔中油脂爆發、牛味十足,心裏對廚師們的設計拍案叫絕。最後喝過主打松茸菌的季節清湯與和菓子甜品,完成了完美的一餐🇯🇵值得一讃的還有這裏的

值得一讃的還有這裏的室內設計和氛圍。一樓的京都風爐端燒專區,和二樓製作鐵板燒的開放式廚房,也可以讓客人和廚師交流,欣賞食物的烹調過程。還有特別喜歡鐵板燒區的高天花和金屬裝置,特別美!與及服務員的熱情款待。
