我很喜欢吃牛扒，今晚朋友介紹我去岩盤牛扒食牛。餐廳主要以自助形式，先落單，後按重量計價錢。餐廳的牛扒櫃有各款牛的不同部位選配。先選牛肉部位，再選配菜，再加$30(可任選三款:有白飯，温泉蛋，飲品，麵豉湯，沙律等)今晚我order了300g 牛柳，並點選了蒜頭做配料。當牛柳上石板時，吱吱的聲音，熱辣辣，香噴噴的蒜味亦撲鼻而來。牛柳軟腍，再灑上少許岩鹽，帶出肉的鲜味，我又試試把牛柳沾上柚子燒汁，另有一番惹味。柚子的柔和香，再加上甜酸味，讓濃味的牛柳不腻又更好吃。千其不要錯過柚子燒汁啊!
