To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久沒有來九龍城了, 這天在KCP玩樂過後, 也是吃午餐的時候. 文迪心思思想吃魚蛋河, 好, 就來這人龍店排一排吧. 雖然人龍很長, 但客人都是快上快落, 不用等十分鐘已經能夠入座了.除了雲吞麵之外, 魚蛋河也是大家從小就吃到的童年回憶, 飲食文化. 說到香港經典的魚蛋河, 德昌的出品, 怎也有一席位吧. 或許水準已經比不上當年, 但, 吃了那麼多年, 有感情分搭救.馳名魚蛋河 $33: 8分, 當然不用多想, 跟文迪一人一碗魚蛋河, 份量是不少的, 當作午餐吃, 也足夠. 魚蛋依舊彈牙, 河粉亦很爽口, 另外還有片頭, 要吃就要落單時說清楚, 否則店方或會奉上一碗全魚蛋的河粉. 套用文迪的一句, 吃魚蛋河, 又怎能不吃片頭. 只是湯頭來得比較重口味, 吃完碗魚蛋河, 很口渴.還是來支可樂, 這才是正頭正路.其實今時今日, 要找家有水準的魚蛋河, 不容易. 德昌魚蛋粉, 魚蛋彈牙, 河粉爽口, 收貨有餘了. 又說真的, 這裡的人龍, 可不是趁熱鬧, 趕人氣, 這麼多年, 依然大排長龍, 是真的貨真價實的人龍店.
