To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

真的無可取替嗎？

譚仔不嬲有食開，因為分店真的多得很，常常經過也覺得麻辣味很香但總不敢嘗試，每次都只會叫酸辣湯底。通常我都是買外賣但今天下午茶時段見門外沒人等位便直接入內堂食。我一行三人要搭另三個人的枱，我們亦是習慣了，何况吃完便走！我和女兒坐下後，老公還未及坐下，店員便過來要落單，我說等一會，後來當我們決定後，舉手示意，店員行過亦扮作視而不見，怎樣也不幫我們落單，到最後我們唯有起身走，另找地方吃東西，亦沒有店員理我們。真不敢相信這是香港的食肆，可以明目張膽趕客，當時周圍的客人亦目睹這件事，既然她們不想做我們的生意，那麼以後我們亦不會光顧它們了！
