見到啲人話呢間越南粉係北美風格話晒返咗嚟香港10幾年 食過好多越南粉都完全唔似北美洲做嘅越南粉但係呢間餐廳嘅湯底好清好甘香同北美有八成相似首先當然要試吓北美最出名嘅火車頭佢哋叫做火車牛魔粉 有牛肉牛坑腩牛丸牛筋牛柏葉特別要提出牛坑腩真係好好食下次要追加牛肉亦都冇好多肥膏 唯一係牛丸比較普通我知道佢哋係自己手打但係唔夠 juicy 我自己就叫咗個生牛肉粉湯都好清我飲晒完全有北美洲嘅影子 ~清甜甘香再叫咗一個細嘅三上小食拼盤 手打蝦餅好結實好足料 有蝦味越式春卷亦都好好味即叫即炸好熱 牛油雞翼都係即叫即做所以上菜嘅時候已經有好一陣牛油香味 good ! 飲品我哋叫咗蝶豆花青檸梳打下次可能會叫少甜呢杯野我覺得有少少甜咗啲但係好Refreshing 呢間越南粉我應該會多啲幫襯真係好好食希望你哋睇到呢個留言keep住呢個水準

首先當然要試吓北美最出名嘅火車頭
佢哋叫做火車牛魔粉 有牛肉牛坑腩牛丸牛筋牛柏葉
特別要提出牛坑腩真係好好食下次要追加
牛肉亦都冇好多肥膏 唯一係牛丸比較普通我知道佢哋係自己手打但係唔夠 juicy

我自己就叫咗個生牛肉粉
湯都好清我飲晒完全有北美洲嘅影子 ~清甜甘香

再叫咗一個細嘅三上小食拼盤
手打蝦餅好結實好足料 有蝦味
越式春卷亦都好好味即叫即炸好熱
牛油雞翼都係即叫即做所以上菜嘅時候已經有好一陣牛油香味 good !

飲品我哋叫咗蝶豆花青檸梳打
下次可能會叫少甜呢杯野我覺得有少少甜咗啲
但係好Refreshing
