第一次寫食評,自問對食冇乜要求,但因為間嘢真係好唔掂,忍唔住寫,見到咁多正評好奇怪⋯因為朋友話以前食過好好食,結果再跟佢嚟,發現所有嘢都好唔掂,豬扒矇粉個豬扒又韌又冇乜味,個蝦餅又係普通質素,最簡單連碟菜都炒得唔好食又鞋,豬手我自己就冇食,但朋友話勁鹹,全晚唯一一個春卷包係比較易入到口,呢間嘢唔會再返轉頭!朋友話間嘢應該換咗廚房,所以而家啲嘢咁唔掂

見到啲人話呢間越南粉係北美風格
話晒返咗嚟香港10幾年 食過好多越南粉都完全唔似北美洲做嘅越南粉
但係呢間餐廳嘅湯底好清好甘香同北美有八成相似

首先當然要試吓北美最出名嘅火車頭
佢哋叫做火車牛魔粉 有牛肉牛坑腩牛丸牛筋牛柏葉
特別要提出牛坑腩真係好好食下次要追加
牛肉亦都冇好多肥膏 唯一係牛丸比較普通我知道佢哋係自己手打但係唔夠 juicy

我自己就叫咗個生牛肉粉
湯都好清我飲晒完全有北美洲嘅影子 ~清甜甘香

再叫咗一個細嘅三上小食拼盤
手打蝦餅好結實好足料 有蝦味
越式春卷亦都好好味即叫即炸好熱
牛油雞翼都係即叫即做所以上菜嘅時候已經有好一陣牛油香味 good !

飲品我哋叫咗蝶豆花青檸梳打

#扎肉撈檬($65)
跟住要介紹嘅就真係消暑必備嘅主食啦🥵,佢就係越式撈檬啦😚。每逢夏天我都會忍唔住食,因為真係太消暑啦!食之前加埋餐廳嘅特色甜酸汁嚟撈,即刻令到成碗檬粉變得更加吸引🤩。講返個味道先,我自己覺得個扎肉都幾有特色😜,咬落個口感都幾彈牙😬,同埋我覺得都算大件。至於檬粉嘅份量都幾足夠,絕對係為呢個天氣度身訂造嘅一個主食🤣。

#越式炸春卷配生菜 ($48)
之後就介紹我嗰日食嘅小食啦😎。首先要介紹嘅係一個我覺得都幾特別嘅小食,就係越式炸春卷啦。就咁睇個賣相就已經吸引到我,遠睇其實都有少少似竹笙😂。但係食落就同竹笙有好大分別啦🥳,大家記得食嘅時候要配埋生菜一齊食,成個體驗會更加良好㗎!

#鹹蛋黃薯條($35)
而第二款我想介紹嘅小食就係呢一份鹹蛋黃薯條🍟。如果大家有睇開我平時嘅post,就知道我有幾鍾意食薯條啦😍。個人認為今次我識嘅呢個鹹蛋黃薯條絕對高質☺️,首先薯條真係炸得好香,咬落個口感都好實在,唔會出現薯條空心嘅問題👍。另外鹹蛋黃真材實料,完美咁樣混合喺薯條入邊,令人食到停唔到口真係夠晒邪惡👾。

#咖啡雪糕($38)
至於喺甜品方面我嗰日就食咗呢個咖啡雪糕🍨,真係絕對可以用消暑嚟形容😈。我幾鍾意呢個咖啡雪糕嘅口感,個人覺得有少少似Gelato嘅口感👍,一樣係有少少咬口。另外佢嘅咖啡凍都幾好食,𢳂一啖雪糕再食啖咖啡凍真係夠晒嘆❤️。
