Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好久沒冇寫食評了,終於冇法忍受下一定要寫出這編食評.叫左:古法糯米雞, 賣相一般,比起大家X細隻好多, 有一件冬菇外, 其他只有雞肉, 味道太咸.            酥皮焗义燒包, 賣相好差, 完全同以前差得遠, 打開個包就傳出好重豬肉腥味, 味道只食到好咸嘅醬味.           煎臘味蘿蔔糕, 賣相冇咩特別, 用筷子一夾完全散開, 味道食唔到有臘味味, 溝粉多過蘿蔔肉, 得個油字.           黃沙豬潤腸, 又細皮又粗嚡, 同以前差好遠, 無端端加左芹菜, 都唔知為咩? 豬潤又小又細, 味道完全唔合格.           麵醬牛肉釀茄子, 賣相大家睇都睇到啦, 味道得個油字, 唔怕血壓高就怪, 牛肉又薄又係食到一口粉. 本人真係唔知米芝蓮係咩?信者?
