首先黎個太史戈渣,真係又史又渣,炸一舊冇味既野,食完都唔知係咩,只知道好熱氣。再食一個普寧豆腐,勁細件,個汁我唔識欣賞,又係非常熱氣。又黎個鮮蟹肉菜茸羹,冇技巧,基本上放豆苗起攪拌器整到一堆綠色liquid比你飲,冇湯既感覺。唯一係炸蠔叫正常。墨汁蒸肉餅,no comment,個人認為唔值$168。慢煮牛肋排,等左勁耐,冇牛味,好似食燒肉咁既味,唔太鐘意D口感。基本上成餐飯每度菜上菜時間相距好耐,由餓等到唔餓,7點食到9點幾10點...其實唔飽,但食完太夜,費是食宵夜。再黎個白玉羅漢,蠔油味唔入菜度,唔好食,普通大眾化酒樓肯定好食過佢。仲有個花彫雞,叫做不過不失。反觀隔離台食鴨、炒飯,應該好食過我以上食過既野。但我唔會再番去食。
