呢碗麵叫做好頭好尾,其實入面嘅配料就有牛面頰肉、燉牛舌同埋法式燴牛尾,所以就係牛嘅頭部同埋尾部組成,咁就叫口頭好味啦。牛面頰肉就比較煙韌,燉牛舌煮得好入味,肉質都好細嫩,法式燴牛尾都唔錯,不過呢三樣嘢都唔及過湯底正,果然係好湯好麵。呢碗叫做蟹皇豬豬,入面有藍蟹肉、日本黑豚五花腩片同埋炒豬肉碎,另外menu上面著名佢加咗龍蝦牛油同埋蝦子,不過呢兩樣嘢就唔係好食得出。啲碗麵同好頭好尾一樣,個湯都係超正,不得了。
