今日喺尖沙咀食咗一間新派嘅創意omakase,性價比幾高,dinner Menu都係$1388,有兩份前菜, 4份量子料理,有天婦羅海膽拿破崙,10件壽司,蒸蛋,湯同甜品,全部都係因應季節最新鮮嘅嘢提供!鱈魚白子好食,鰻魚苗錫喔第一次食嘅,真係好特別,加埋d醋真係好有新鮮感!螢光魷魚同松葉蟹嘅茶碗蒸,呢個絕對係要in season先好食,螢光魷魚好creamy,絕對冇出邊街一般食到嘅超鹹,反而帶出左蛋本身嘅蛋香味,加埋松葉蟹淡淡嘅清甜味,真係好正!蠔配上蘋果jelly而唔係平常常見嘅yuzu jelly,令成個味道更加清新,連平時唔太好蟓嘅我食完都不斷點頭。北海道牡丹蝦配上炸蝦頭同超濃嘅蝦膏,食得出好新鮮,好好味!醬油漬鮟鱇魚肝赤鯥係白魚中最肥嘅,加埋有toro,本來已經超期待,食落的確好肥美好好食,但原來最出色反而係最底嘅洋蔥漬!酸酸地好開胃,而且可以有清palette嘅作用,呢個真心出色!天婦羅海膽拿破崙一定係當晚嘅highlight,有齊視覺嘅美觀藝術配合,食得好開心,呢個我就唔講太多,大家自己去體會下啦!好有驚喜!Sushi我覺得最出色就係北海道帶子同野生甜蝦,d手卷其實都好好

鱈魚白子好食,鰻魚苗錫喔第一次食嘅,真係好特別,加埋d醋真係好有新鮮感!

螢光魷魚同松葉蟹嘅茶碗蒸,呢個絕對係要in season先好食,螢光魷魚好creamy,絕對冇出邊街一般食到嘅超鹹,反而帶出左蛋本身嘅蛋香味,加埋松葉蟹淡淡嘅清甜味,真係好正!

蠔配上蘋果jelly而唔係平常常見嘅yuzu jelly,令成個味道更加清新,連平時唔太好蟓嘅我食完都不斷點頭。

Sushi我覺得最出色就係北海道帶子同野生甜蝦,d手卷其實都好好味,主要就係d紫菜夠脆!

自家製miso soup都係超有儀式感,味道比較清淡,呢樣我超級欣賞,始終都係差不多結尾,鍾意d比較light嘅味道。

後來聽師傅講,呢到係全港唯一一間擁有櫻花雪景嘅主題餐廳,夠8人就可以包場,客人又可訂制菜單,並享用沉浸式場景加埋演唱會音響卡拉OK服務,如果公司gathering都真係好適合!
