長輩揾食飯,長輩好小食啲「古靈精怪」餐,不如傳統啲約佢食返啲酒樓,佢話想食龍蝦,咁記得n年前啲廣告乜乜大皇,好耐無去過,一於揀佢試試。依家啲食肆由其係酒樓,真係好難生存,難得佢仲屹立倒,都真係有佢哋生存之道。揀咗個上湯焗龍蝦(伊麵加$60)配蒸龍躉骨腩~呢set嘢龍蝦得二個做法,一係上湯焗,一係蒜蓉開邊蒸,其實二款都唔係好合我杯茶,夾硬上湯焗,唉~出嚟嘅味道真係嘛嘛,上湯焗真係唔夾龍蝦味,龍蝦又煮得過咗火,口感無咗爽嘅口感,而係太實,不過份量很夠。蒸龍躉骨腩,正正常常,但食骨腩唔係個個人都啱食,下次都係正正常常蒸條魚。馬拉盞通菜同埋乳鴿,馬拉盞通菜炒得唔錯,聽到馬拉盞一定會同泰菜比下去,覺得佢哋炒得唔錯,唔辣,味道夠之餘帶啲微甜~不俗。乳鴿唔洗講啦,依家飲茶隨時都係三幾拾一隻,二個人,如果叫半隻雞,好似會有啲過份,叫乳鴿當係打麻雀蹬腳咁,有啲肉咁嘅意思,唔太咸我已經收貨。二個人,加埋一,$680,不過不失,話晒都有龍蝦同「魚」,唯獨是龍蝦選擇煮法太小,多啲選法咪好啲囉,唔洗浪費咗隻龍蝦。
