長輩揾食飯,長輩好小食啲「古靈精怪」餐,不如傳統啲約佢食返啲酒樓,佢話想食龍蝦,咁記得n年前啲廣告乜乜大皇,好耐無去過,一於揀佢試試。依家啲食肆由其係酒樓,真係好難生存,難得佢仲屹立倒,都真係有佢哋生存之道。揀咗個上湯焗龍蝦(伊麵加$60)配蒸龍躉骨腩~呢set嘢龍蝦得二個做法,一係上湯焗,一係蒜蓉開邊蒸,其實二款都唔係好合我杯茶,夾硬上湯焗,唉~出嚟嘅味道真係嘛嘛,上湯焗真係唔夾龍蝦味,龍蝦又煮得過咗火,口感無咗爽嘅口感,而係太實,不過份量很夠。蒸龍躉骨腩,正正常常,但食骨腩唔係個個人都啱食,下次都係正正常常蒸條魚。馬拉盞通菜同埋乳鴿,馬拉盞通菜炒得唔錯,聽到馬拉盞一定會同泰菜比下去,覺得佢哋炒得唔錯,唔辣,味道夠之餘帶啲微甜~不俗。乳鴿唔洗講啦,依家飲茶隨時都係三幾拾一隻,二個人,如果叫半隻雞,好似會有啲過份,叫乳鴿當係打麻雀蹬腳咁,有啲肉咁嘅意思,唔太咸我已經收貨。二個人,加埋一,$680,不過不失,話晒都有龍蝦同「魚」,唯獨是龍蝦選擇煮法太小,多啲選法咪好啲囉,唔洗浪費咗隻龍蝦。

永遠唔會再去,本人與家人一共7大人1小童晚上於土瓜灣漢寶酒樓晚餐,於安排坐位後本人研究貴酒樓餐牌,貴酒家當日供應特選餐單8選1優惠,由於有疑問,我便向每侍應招手,當時一位身穿白色工衣負責海鮮的人向我行埋嚟問我有咩需要幫助,我便問他8選一優惠是否八人都只可以選一款,他向我表示只可選一款,隨後我便問他,如果我想食龍蝦,這個是$16.8一兩嗎?他即時回答我是,隨後再向我表示如果我需要$16.8享用龍蝦,我便不能選購8選一優惠如果我需要享用8選一優惠,龍蝦便需要正價$18.8一兩,我立即計算,因為我想要兩斤半的龍蝦即是一斤貴$32 ,如果我要食龍躉兩味,原價是$268特價是$168,這是便宜了$100 ,但如果我正叫$18.8的龍蝦,我要兩斤半都不過$100 ,所以我當刻同佢講咁我龍蝦要正價,而8選一優惠我要了龍躉兩味,其後我再點了其他餸,當晚所有餸都是偏涼的,就像是全部都煮好,放進微波爐再拿出來的感覺,而大班兩味的其中一味還是未煮熟,我們都沒有投訴或供給意見,當晚消費$1969,本人於簽賬後發現單據出現錯誤,所以向收銀的那位女士說,收銀的那位女士向我說:龍蝦及八選一優惠不能同時享用,我向他說

我希望你哋酒樓可以正視一下酒樓嘅問題,$100唔係什麼大數目,我當日8個人消費咗差不多$2000 ,問題出在員工身上,酒樓是不是有責任去解釋菜單,而不是因為口誤要令客人承受負擔,一句對唔住都沒有,收銀女士講的每一句說話沒有正視客人眼睛,回答狂妄,酒樓部長九時之前已經坐在酒樓當眼處與其他員工一齊晚膳,而沒有為員工錯誤口述承受責任。

脆皮燒雞皮脆肉嫩,只可惜唔多夠熱.

龍蝦伊麵龍肉彈牙又入味,份量足無偷工減料,伊麵沾上不少上湯變得更惹味.

上龍蝦伊麵嘅侍應竟然一身廚房師傅裝束,埋單又無人理,好明顯人手不足,反哂鄉下過年吧......

和Honey路經木瓜灣,想坐下傾偈的午飯地方,小店和茶餐廳不可,看到漢寶,就試下啦……老名字,但實際幫襯,好像没有。老名字,果然,幫襯的茶客,全是上年紀的街坊。我叫了午市套餐 $78豉油雞半隻 + 一窩湯瀨粉瀨粉好大窩豉油雞入味,雞肉滑,啖啖肉。抵食又好味。Honey讚,連雞胸肉都不「鞋」。午市小食三拼 $88兩拼$68 三拼$88 四拼$108我們選了:菠蘿咕嚕肉椒鹽酥炸豆腐沙薑豬手粒菠蘿咕嚕肉剛炸起,外皮脆脆的;咕噜汁甜酸度剛好;肉是豬爽肉,不肥膩。椒鹽酥炸豆腐也是剛炸起,熱騰騰的。沙薑豬手粒Honey好喜歡,没有骨,啖啖肉;豬手皮不肥,而且是薄皮和脆脆的皮;没有沙薑味,反而是蒜醋汁,更好!滿桌美食,每款都好味。而且,碟碟份量十足,又夠熱。埋單,只需$202,超抵!!!

今早有事到土瓜灣辦完之後十點幾,心思思想飲吓茶。摸上嚟攞票等咗五分鐘左右,同亞姐講搭檯都可以喇,即刻有位。其實坐落望吓都爆滿,絕大部分都係耆英睇到牆上有大海布推介優惠點心拼盤$26.8所以order嚟試吓先食鮮蝦餃,水準唔錯。大大隻蝦有鮮味,餃皮厚薄適中以咁平價錢,估佢多數係啤水凍蝦兼且包到脫皮脫骨,一筷子夾落去就即時散晒果隻。但佢又唔係喎,好實淨再試燒賣都好好,又有原隻蝦舖面。饀料肥瘦適中,調味有道。食到牛肉球就一般般,比較淡味。無牛肉味,真係類似啤水牛嘞。況且又無香茜兼喼汁潮州粉菓都算合格,多料夠味另外叫咗$21.8孖寶(鳳爪排骨飯+排骨陳村粉)碟仔飯非常(足料)五舊排骨一隻鳳爪道味唔錯食㗎,可惜有少少飯比較蒸多咗水,濕爛咗啲。排骨陳村粉第一次食,有驚喜。咁嘅普通價錢點心,上檯熱騰騰而啲陳村粉係做得一條條帶有油光色潤。唔似好多茶樓咁,一大堆暗暗啞啞咁。抵讚兼且又係大大碟㖭。性價比特高兩個人埋單七十幾,OK喇
