好難係香港搵到咁正宗嘅牛肉船面，所以都幾有驚喜😋👍 個湯好濃好有牛味😋見到評論話個湯好咸，我就唔同意，覺得調味啱啱好，但係就小小辣。可能食唔到辣嘅人就唔啱食。啲面同牛肉都係我expect係船面嘅配菜,面條係用泰國嘅麵條，牛圓煙韌，牛肉片都幾腍。對女仔食嘅份量可能多咗少少但係我諗男仔食可能唔会太飽.泰式奶茶我覺得麻麻地。泰國啲奶茶好似濃啲，香啲，甜啲？我就會覺得唔夠味。我本身個肚都比較敏感。懷疑啲冰好能唔係好乾淨，飲咗幾啖都開始唔舒服，越飲越唔舒服😵💫😖個服務真係幾好好有禮貌。見到我哋排隊好熱仲俾個大遮我哋用。佢哋嘅遮真係幾大，幾好用👍 我諗都排咗一個鐘，排完都幾攰😵💫 攞奶茶嘅時候有問要唔飲筒。食完佢仲講enjoy the rest of your day..I'm happy to find authentic boat noodles in Hong Kong. I'm happy to find authentic boat noodles in Hong Kong. The soup is rich and has a strong beef flavor. 😋 I've seen comments saying that the soup is too salty, but I disagree. I think the seasoning is just right, but it's slightly spicy. Maybe people who can't handle spice wouldn't enjoy it. The noodles and beef are the typical accompaniments I expect in boat noodles. The beef balls are also chewy, while the beef slices are quite tender. The portion size is big for girls, but I think guys wouldn't feel too full. It's difficult to find such authentic broth in Hong Kong, so it's quite a pleasant surprise. 😋👍
As for Thai milk tea, I find it mediocre. Thai milk tea in Thailand tends to be stronger, more fragrant, and sweeter, right? I personally find it lacking in flavor. My stomach is more sensitive, so I suspect that the ice used might not be very clean. After drinking a few sips, I felt uncomfortable, and I felt worse the more I drank. 😵💫😖
The service is really good and they are very polite. They even provided us with a large umbrella to shield us from the heat while we were waiting in line. Their umbrella is quite big and very useful.👍 I think we waited for about an hour, and I felt tired after waiting. 😵💫 When they handed me the milk tea, they asked if I wanted a straw or not. After finishing our meal, they even said, "Enjoy the rest of your day."
