年近年三十, 又是忙於買年貨, 準備團年飯的時候, 要極度體力勞動, 咁當然食飽才有力氣搬野啦!長老就帶左我去灣仔的季季紅酒樓, 真的是‘紅’,這不論裝飾、茶具、掛畫, 全都以紅色為主我地點左潮州粉果、鮮竹鯪魚球、家鄉煎魚餅、鳳爪排骨飯、上湯鮮竹卷、南乳蒸豬手同臘味滑雞飯潮州粉果:皮煙韌、沙葛多, 有蝦米鮮竹鯪魚球: 失敗, 魚肉散哂, 不過底部用腐竹墊底家鄉煎魚餅、鳳爪排骨飯:一般上湯鮮竹卷:雜菜(有西芹、紅蘿蔔絲)同豬肉份量平均, 不過調的味道較怪南乳蒸豬手: 豬手好硬, 唔覺有南乳味臘味滑雞飯:有膶腸, 飯粒油硬適中, 不過雞肉很碎茶完全無味, 不過5蚊茶錢, 想點啦!不過份量夠,食飽飽啦!要去做苦力啦!

鮮竹鯪魚球: 失敗, 魚肉散哂, 不過底部用腐竹墊底


家鄉煎魚餅、鳳爪排骨飯:一般

上湯鮮竹卷:雜菜(有西芹、紅蘿蔔絲)同豬肉份量平均, 不過調的味道較怪

南乳蒸豬手: 豬手好硬, 唔覺有南乳味

臘味滑雞飯:有膶腸, 飯粒油硬適中, 不過雞肉很碎

茶完全無味, 不過5蚊茶錢, 想點啦!

不過份量夠,食飽飽啦!要去做苦力啦!
