舊時成日排曬長龍。搬左新鋪就終於易啲有位。其實黎呢到要諗既真係唔多。白菜、韭菜同雲耳椰菜三款餃。個人黎講黎黎去去都係食果三樣。大淨湯。煎韭菜。湯椰菜。個湯就唔洗多介紹。野葛菜生菜豬骨。總要淨飲一碗。夠熱。夠香。有冇所講既藥效我唔知。只係知個口會有甜甜既感覺。韭菜餃我認為要煎先好食。受熱較高令韭菜既香氣發揮得更加好。同埋呢到個餃煎得夠脆。讚!而椰菜雲耳餃係有心之作。椰菜清甜多汁。加上雲耳爽身既口感。最緊要係呢到既餃子皮夠薄。可以食多幾隻。嘿
