To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為住柴灣，成日都係呢間嗌外賣，比較少自己黎堂食，今日岀面好熱，買完外賣又要拎住暴曬咁行返屋企，加上又太肚餓，決定堂食。呢間啲辣度好唔準，有時中辣好淡，有時小辣又好辣，今日想食重慶酸辣小辣，雖然係譚仔嘅小辣，但其實係唔係好辣，湯底好香濃嘅花椒八角個啲味，聞到都流口水，不過係有啲油，唔算太酸，啱啱好！！嗌左小米，但分量都好多啦已經。。。雞肉吸晒啲湯底，好好食！可能因為太餓。另外再叫埋細土匪，依舊香口好食，熱辣辣
