天氣開始熱,我同M佬近排都無乜胃口,所以今日就清清哋食個湯飯啦!特登去到呢間位於鰂魚涌太古坊附近嘅日式鯛魚魚湯專門店,主打鯛魚魚湯,聽講鯛魚魚湯係低脂、高蛋白質仲好養顏,所以姊妹們想食得健康同越食越靚,就要早啲嚟排隊先得呀,因為呢度真係好full㗎!皇帝蟹腳海膽湯飯:限量發售嘅招牌菜,真係早到先有得食呀!上枱個時仲有個小火爐等佢可以保持溫度。用鮮鯛魚熬製出嚟嘅湯呈奶白色,味道好鮮甜又香濃,仲有少少胡椒香味,湯底一啲都唔腥,而飯底仲完全吸收晒魚湯味,真係好好味。而蟹腳仲有4塊,蟹肉厚身又新鮮,食落口啖啖肉好滿足!至於海膽差唔多有半板,份量一啲都唔少,好fresh呀!鮑魚花膠魚肚魚湯飯:同樣地用上鮮鯛魚熬湯,配上2隻鮑魚、花膠、魚肚,真係好矜貴呀!而鮑魚好煙韌彈牙,好有口感呀!至於花膠同魚肚份量唔少,完美地索晒湯底,仲要好軟腍,好味又健康嘅選擇!餃子雞翼:除咗兩個湯飯,我哋都叫咗2個小食,其中一個係餃子雞翼,先將雞翼去骨,再釀入餃子餡料,雞翼漲卜卜之餘,兩邊仲燒到有啲焦香,好Juicy呀!吉列炸豬扒:炸到金黃色又香脆,大大塊之餘肉質又夠香!配上日式醬汁或沙律醬更加令味道提升呀!

餃子雞翼:除咗兩個湯飯,我哋都叫咗2個小食,其中一個係餃子雞翼,先將雞翼去骨,再釀入餃子餡料,雞翼漲卜卜之餘,兩邊仲燒到有啲焦香,好Juicy呀!
