呢幾日寒流襲港,係時候打個邊爐暖暖身先!這間新開業既火鍋店,主打特色湯底,一入到鋪頭,佢既格局佢既設計都係別出心裁好有特色!火鍋始終係會熱氣,所以叫番啲清熱既飲品先!佢有竹蔗水或紫背天葵揀,我同朋友各點一支火鍋方面我地人多,所以叫左兩款第一款係酒火入鍋火鍋有五格,每格都唔同味,中間係海鮮木瓜鍋,食到最尾飲就最正!味道幾鮮甜,木瓜又大大舊,內裡仲有啲帶子同蝦架店員仲會點倒啲酒精落去中間個格,再點火,視覺效果一流,果然係酒火入鍋!側邊四格分別係潮州沙嗲鍋,四川麻辣鍋,蝦兵蟹將,墨汁海鮮鍋以蝦兵蟹將味道最突出,蟹味好鮮另一個鍋就叫左花雕醉鷄鍋同咸酸菜三文魚頭湯三文魚頭肉好多,而且肉質幾鮮甜,令整個湯底都係鮮甜既魚味,再配埋啲咸酸菜酸酸甜甜唔會膩!要自己放入鍋內,醉雞好嫩滑清酒炸彈同麻辣炸彈用黎加強湯底既味道,因為加水後,湯底會變淡,放一個落去令湯底味道變番濃!係等緊個鍋滾既時候,先黎食啲點心!六色小籠包非常色彩繽紛,紅色係龍蝦湯,橙係蟹粉,黑白係黑松露,綠色係藥膳,白色係原味,而黑色就係墨汁頂級安格斯牛頸脊火鍋又點少得肥牛呢!牛頸脊牛味好濃,即使放係啲好濃既湯底度淥佢,牛味都唔會被湯底蓋過而

火鍋又點少得肥牛呢!
牛頸脊牛味好濃,即使放係啲好濃既湯底度淥佢,牛味都唔會被湯底蓋過
而且肥瘦分佈好平均,所以唔會只有肥膩既感覺
薄薄地一片,食完要再食,真係唔夠喉呀!!!

心太軟一切開就有超流心既綠茶醬湧出黎
綠茶味雖然未算十分濃郁,但就幾欣賞佢外皮帶點微脆
而加埋旁邊既雪糕,一凍一熱咁食係正!
