一向覺得牛丸相對味淡,配搭牛筋便能為粉麵「加色」了。牛孖筋份量不少大大的塊頭不是零零碎碎的。牛筋炆煮得軟稔煙韌口感,比牛腩更入味,帶有濃濃柱候醬香,跟牛丸非常搭配

米粉是粗身的一種爽身帶米香,泡久了仍富口感。湯底用上豬骨、大地魚湯熬製,味精是有一點點,但仍是嘗到大地魚的鮮香,加上滿有牛香的腩汁,這米粉那有不好吃的道理?

聽說這兒的辣椒油是非一般的辛辣,愛辣卻受不了辣的我膽粗粗的盛了半匙辣椒油,初嚐一口又辣又香,隨後那辣勁由舌尖伸延至舌根,絕對是勁道十足,辣到一個點時被老公發現了,老公立時點了支可樂給我解辣,而那辣油當然是要被充公了吧......

豬手牛腩米($40)
豬手炆得稔滑,輕輕一咬便骨肉分離,南乳香輕淡得很,不算入味,個人較喜歡有咬口的豬手,這兒的還不賴吧!牛腩也是炆得鬆化軟稔,柱候香卻是不太入味,牛香挺濃,在腩汁的帶動下米粉更添滋味。這兒的豬手、牛腩有一定水準,但跟出色牛丸相比便有點失色了。

不少粉麵名店自我吹噓為牛丸大王,而我卻是在這魚旦麵家找到最像樣的牛丸,姑且勿論是自製或是來貨的,這牛丸確實是非嚐不可,是難得的真潮汕手打牛丸
