To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔好睇呢間小店只係茶餐廳既外表，一睇佢個menu真係會嚇親😂大大話話有超過1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣款口味既肉餅選擇😂😂😂🐷馬拉盞翠玉瓜吊片煎肉餅飯因為第一次食，食完之前完全想像唔到翠玉瓜係點樣可以同肉餅撈埋😂原來肉餅始終係主角，翠玉瓜同吊片都係切得好碎咁混入肉餅😲肉餅肉質真係冇得輸，睇返餐牌先知原來用左新鮮豬肉🐷即叫即煎，外面煎得好香口，咬落啲肉汁都出晒黎，啖啖肉，唔會似出面果啲實的的既口感😍呢次揀左馬拉盞味令到肉餅勁香，唔辣但超惹味😍🐏土耳奇風味羊肉卷因為同行朋友唔太餓，驚食唔落面咁大塊既肉餅😂就叫左呢個羊肉卷試試，真心有驚喜😲😲羊肉調味唔算太濃，好怕食到成口都係調味粉果陣味，都仲食到羊肉味，卷中有生菜🥬蕃茄🍅口感幾清新！🐷麻辣豬耳拌粉皮呢碟都比想像中好食！😍豬耳正常發揮，份量都唔少，粉皮係我最愛爽口果隻質地！😍比較得意既係粉皮係切成圓片，初時想放豬耳同青瓜係中間夾住食，但因為塊皮太彈，會自動彈開😂最後都係乖乖地一塊塊食🙈🙈好耐冇一間餐廳入到翻兜之選，呢間真係想下次再黎食😆六重芝士肉餅同芒果肉餅都好想試下😍
