Vi不嬲都好中意食串燒, 貪佢夠多款, 每樣細細份可以試多d唔同既野~不過唔係度度都做得好食, 經朋友介紹, 今日黎左呢間食串燒既小店試新野!!星期日6點幾黎到已經full左9成, 好好彩仲有位, 呢度係川式+日本風既串燒店, 餐廳有多款日本酒賣~不過Vi唔好酒, 都係睇番食物先, 串燒/燒物既種類有好多, 而且有好多好新穎既菜式, 係其他串燒店無見過既, 睇到Vi眼花撩亂, 樣樣都想試, 牆上面仲寫住今日既新鮮海產, 連燒魚都有好多款~Vi最後點左燒白鱔, 美國牛柳粒, 黑松露燒腐溫泉玉子, 燒法國露荀, 川香肉碎燒茄子, 燒海殼王, 燒羊架同燒棉花糖朱古力厚多士~呢串燒白鱔上枱時已經好香燒汁味, 白鱔肉好嫩滑, 一d都唔腥, 個汁甜甜地好味, 最正係塊皮有小小脆, 食落外脆內軟, 係做得好出色既燒白鱔燒羊架比想像中大塊, 羊架燒到5成熟, 所以仲好嫩唔鞋, 有好多肉汁, 羊架配左芥末同薄荷醬, Vi就比較中意點芥末~黑松露燒腐溫泉玉子係其中一樣好特別既菜式, 炸腐皮包住溫泉蛋同好多黑松露, 黑松露味幾香, 而腐皮脆脆地, 夾埋半熟既溫泉蛋口感好特別, 味道亦好新穎, 係唔錯既嘗試~
