身邊有位朋友特別中意約我地去食海鮮,今次比佢搵到呢間野有30分鐘任食沙白,就拉埋我地幾個女仔去食。沙白可以食2 round。首先我朋友原來一早做定research要叫呢個透明蒸鍋,想要呢個鍋上記得打定去訂定~我地叫既係首爾塔,真係好多海鮮好豐富!先是第一層,有蟶子、花蛤同小菇仔,開火蒜要等佢去到一定熱度先比我地食,等得好心急!大約15-20分鐘就有得食,因為係透明鍋,所以你可以睇住啲蝦由啡色變橙色,好得意~講返啲海鮮,超鮮味!由個心到鮮甜出黎,食得出好新鮮。第一層之後就係樓底好高既「吊蝦」層,除左一人有兩隻蝦之外,仲有芝士丸同墨魚汁丸,個芝士丸完全係我杯茶!流心芝士一咬就爆出黎,甜甜的好似零食芝士餅果隻味,芝士控絕對一定要試~蝦之後就到我最愛的扇貝!好大隻!成隻手掌咁大!仲有原隻小鮑魚,蒸到呢個程度質感剛剛好~雖然食到呢到已經有8成飽,但終於見到有菜喇!絲瓜、豆腐、粟米同南瓜,全部都因好甜,冇加調味料可以食到蔬菜的真味,中和返海鮮的飽肚感。Before.After.黎到最底層的粥底,有2隻大花蟹係到!仲有花蛤、韓式年糕等等,不過最重點都係個粥!因為吸晒上面啲海鮮既鮮味,係甜架啲粥~雖然
