To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 試吓去九龍城食間老字號嘅潮州菜館,首先所有食店都要服務、態度、食物好食等等等等去配合,我寫食評之前都睇見有好多負評… 原來此言非虛😂😂😂其實我寫食評都算中肯瓜,就算服務週邊好有問題,唔會話佢d 野唔好食,好食就係好食…咁我點左4 樣嘢都ok 嘅….但有幾樣野係有問題:一,價錢真的貴了點;二,食物價錢要人客問或冇講;三,staff 硬sale 貴野;四,食品份量少叫左個唔知乜魚的烙😂, 墨魚拼鵝肝,豬肚湯,芋泥…. 全部都其實算幾好食的… 但個姐姐初初硬sale 海鮮,和對話落單過程冇話d price ..個XX魚烙幾好食,夠香內有其他配菜,配合啱啱好,又唔太油。豬肚湯好香好味,做得好好,但一碗份量⋯⋯墨魚鵝肝好味但太少,芋泥發揮正常,唔太死甜👍不過只此一次,已經不是幾廿年的老字號手法了,好似一間hard sell for 遊客的食店咁。但嘢食算ok 嘅….就咁依d普通嘢埋單都$600😂

其實我寫食評都算中肯瓜,就算服務週邊好有問題,唔會話佢d 野唔好食,好食就係好食…咁我點左4 樣嘢都ok 嘅….


但有幾樣野係有問題:


一,價錢真的貴了點;
二,食物價錢要人客問或冇講;
三,staff 硬sale 貴野;
四,食品份量少


叫左個唔知乜魚的烙😂, 墨魚拼鵝肝,豬肚湯,芋泥…. 全部都其實算幾好食的… 但個姐姐初初硬sale 海鮮,和對話落單過程冇話d price ..
