以前做工廠的時候經常聽到收音機都播放粵曲,自此就喜歡了,今日過嚟尖沙咀柯士甸道戲曲中心參觀一吓,原來入邊有間(遊園茶記)餐館,當然要入去開餐啦。餐館設計古色古香仲好有中國式的藝術,令人感受到溫暖舒服的感覺。雪蓮子蟲草花燉竹絲雞。燒味雙拼~揀咗金牌燒鵝拼化皮燒腩仔,燒鵝燒得皮香肉嫩。九層塔薑蔥粉絲蝦煲,將爽口鮮甜的大蝦爆炒後再加粉絲十分配合。經典台山臘味煲仔飯,煲仔飯有別於我們在大排檔吃的那種有飯焦,但係食到每粒飯都掛上了臘味的香味,另加了節瓜粒一起煮成,令到煲仔飯非常有質感。甜品~紅棗雪耳燉桃膠,不會太甜,好香紅棗味道再配上煙韌的桃膠,好有層次感。左邊係凍話梅陳皮梳打,酸酸甜甜非常開胃。
