主打台灣菜仲食正華燈初上主題,一入到間餐廳已經好多打卡位😂😂 食完成餐之後無論cocktail 定食物都有驚喜,唔只淨係得個樣👍🏻Cocktail方面餐廳善用台灣食材,每款飲品都有當地元素,仲有比較少見米水/茶cocktail,而且每款配搭都好有心思😍 其中叫咗一款「好….茶」,入面有3杯sake,分別配菊花茶、烏龍茶、巨峰提子茶,飲落茶味回甘,甜甜地,係女仔好啱嘅口味前菜好多特色選擇,今次試咗兩款😝話梅小山藥($52),酸酸甜甜好開胃,山藥爽口,配酒都好正😂 另外仲有白滷水九孔鮑魚($188),滷水鮑魚真係未試過,唔會蓋過鮑魚鮮味,而且肉質彈牙仲有甜不辣吸收咗滷水同鮑魚味👍🏻主菜方面揀咗鹽酥波士頓龍蝦脆角豆金瓜($298),無論龍蝦同配菜都炸到好香脆,仲有脆米配埋一齊食,大朋友同小朋友都咁鍾意😍黑松露鮮百合花($118),除咗黑松露嘅香味仲有濃厚嘅奶油伴百合花🤩,個配搭好襯到百合花嘅味道,唔會好搶八斗子炒飯($128)好足料好香口嘅炒飯,好推薦呢個主食,入面有大大隻虎蝦、北海道帶子、蟹肉、蟹籽,而且份量唔細,4個人一定夠食,仲有好多肉鬆夾埋一齊真係好難唔好食😆😆

前菜好多特色選擇,今次試咗兩款😝
