To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友講左好耐話想食呢間餐廳,見佢今個月生日所以就同佢黎慶祝一下!餐廳環境都頗大,有卡位亦有普通的2人、4人枱。燈光昏暗,但每枱都會有一個小蠟燭於枱上,非常浪漫!牆上亦掛滿油畫,給人一種很高貴的感覺。跟朋友來到這麼浪漫的環境,一於點杯白酒飲下!侍應為我們介紹了一款較易入口的白酒。飲落去有果香,不會太苦澀,很適合女仔飲用!不錯!點餐後侍應為我們送上墨汁法包,還給了我們帶有黑松露味的牛油!法包外脆內軟,如果配埋湯一齊食一定會更好味!不過我們今晚沒有點選!海膽蒜蓉多士,海膽新鮮甜美,很creamy,蒜蓉多士味道也很出,兩者一起食口感非常豐富。瑞士傳統熱溶芝士配新薯及火腿,這款也是第一次食!侍應會拿起一舊大芝士在你面前把熱溶的芝士加到餸菜上,淨係這點已經令我很滿足!因為我是芝士怪,見到這舊芝士已經有很興奮的感覺!薯角炸得外脆內軟,碟中還有很多火箭菜,將火腿、火箭菜同埋芝士一齊食,帶有少少咸、少少苦澀味,口感濃郁!卡邦尼意粉,跟出面吃到的不同,現在好少餐廳還會有生蛋在意粉中,通常上碟的時候已經撈好了,但這裡可以給你自行攪拌,真的又睇得又食得!意粉不算很creamy,所以食落不會有很滯的感覺,咸度亦

是日手作甜品,今晚餐廳的是日甜品是Tiramisu,帶有少少的酒味,還有可可粉的苦澀味,甜度適中!

總括黎講,餐廳環境浪漫,很適合情侶用餐。食物質素不錯,味道剛剛好。另外侍應服務亦不錯,會主動幫忙換碟及會詢問食物的質素,而且坐低的時候還提供掛勾給我掛起手袋!有機會會再黎試下其他菜式!
