To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Chatterbox Cafe餐廳位於九龍城新發展區啟德協調道2號 Airside 地牢 B1層,餐廳裝修設計新穎帶東南亞色彩,以木系為主調,座位設計多元化,座位寬敞又舒適,環境光猛,乾淨衛生,有綠色元素擺設,餐廳主打海南雞飯,由曾任文華主廚主理,採用高質食材,有多種東南亞美食供客人選擇,服務員青春有活力,招呼客人到位。星洲海鮮炒貴刁$128海鮮炒貴刁配料有鮮蝦,帶子,魷魚韭菜,香茜,芽菜,韭黃等,廚師炒得有鑊氣,炒到貴刁有焦香味。文華海南雞飯$138海南雞飯份量都不少,有車厘茄和青瓜伴碟,配有薑蓉,辣椒醬和黑醬油,仲有豆腐湯,不肥膩的雞油飯,海南雞肉食落夠嫩滑,點埋配料更好味。
