自從調左去新蒲崗返工之後,下班後間唔中都會過嚟荷里活廣場行下。今日收工約左老公去 3 樓嘅「百老匯」睇戲,原來售票處對面有間「風月堂 洋菓子 BAR」,見反正仲未開場,提議坐低吃頓 early dinner 。餐廳以供應甜點及輕食為主,環境唔錯,既清靜又夠開揚。店舖採自助形式,客人要先去櫃檯落單,然後等店員叫號碼,再自行拿取食物。先坐低研究一下餐牌,食物分為四大類,包括有法式班戟、法式窩夫與雪糕新地、輕食意大利粉套餐、烘包與小食,另外亦有一系列飲品等供應。聽員講,店裡的窩夫頗受食客歡迎,皆因窩夫機來自美國,而且師傅曾到日本學習,所以對窩夫嘅製作,特別有心得。見店員講到啲窩夫咁吸引,本來都好想試下,不過實在太耐無食過班戟,所以最後我都係揀左份鹹食班戟,而老公就揀左客煙三文魚意粉,再配飲品。吞拿魚粟米沙律班戟 ($54)、凍檸檬茶 (+$13),班戟摺成三角形,用硬身紙袋裝住,拿上手時仍熱辣辣,而且材料下得非常慷慨,入面夾滿吞拿魚碎、粟米粒、生菜同沙律醬,外皮咬下充滿蛋香,加埋豐富的餡料,食落口感好 rich。至於老公點的煙三文魚意粉 ($60)、橙汁 (+$13),味道亦唔錯,意粉份量十

至於老公點的煙三文魚意粉 ($60)、橙汁 (+$13),味道亦唔錯,意粉份量十足,面頭的煙三文魚卷成燦爛的玫瑰花狀,賣相很吸引。意粉煮得恰到好處,條條分明,煙韌又有嚼勁,醬汁份量剛好;煙三文魚肉質柔軟,入口不會過鹹,拌意大利粉吃,味道層次豐富。

離開時發現原來餐廳仲有雪糕三文治供應,買完可以直接拎入戲院食,不過今天已吃飽,還是留待下次吧!
