To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚去尖沙咀睇戲，晚餐就揀去茶木食，因為晚餐時段，人流都唔多唔少，都等咗10分鐘先入到去坐。酥炸雞排麵面底係又粗又扁既面，湯底夠哂味。我都幾鍾意個酥炸雞扒，外面脆口，內裡多汁。溏心蛋肉燥飯又香又好味既肉燥飯，又多汁又多肉燥配白飯，1隻溏心蛋（切開各半），蛋白仲好滑，仲加少許配料，撈埋一齊食。飲品我地揀咗兩杯熱飲，柚子蜜茶及玫瑰花茶，兩杯甜度一般。黑糖芋圓水果仙草飯後當然要食個甜品啦，黑糖不算好多，仲有2隻顏色既芋圓，口感煙煙韌韌又好有咬口，配埋士多啤梨、紅豆、薏米及仙草。

又香又好味既肉燥飯，又多汁又多肉燥配白飯，1隻溏心蛋（切開各半），蛋白仲好滑，仲加少許配料，撈埋一齊食。

飲品我地揀咗兩杯熱飲，柚子蜜茶及玫瑰花茶，兩杯甜度一般。

飯後當然要食個甜品啦，黑糖不算好多，仲有2隻顏色既芋圓，口感煙煙韌韌又好有咬口，配埋士多啤梨、紅豆、薏米及仙草。
