日本,係我最鍾意去旅遊嘅地方,當然每次去到日本我都一定會食佢地嘅拉麵,但我發覺一樣野,近年香港人開嘅日本拉麵鋪頭嘅水準,同日本越來越接近,幾乎追平👏以下呢一間係我覺得做得幾出色嘅在香港的日本拉麵店《黑蒜拉麵》銅幣味道濃郁而不油膩,飲得出唔係靠調味料製造出嚟嘅湯底,黑蒜味道唔苦略帶少少甜味,仲有用炭火燒制嘅叉燒,比冇燒過嘅好食好多👍《鰹魚拉麵》呢個拉麵嘅湯底冇黑蒜拉麵咁濃,味道比較清甜,飲得出用咗好多鮮魚去熬製就好似屋企煲嘅湯一樣,適合唔鍾意食太過重味嘅朋友😁整體來講,呢間拉麵幾有水準,價錢唔算貴,值得一試同埋可以順便感受下香港現時製作日本拉麵嘅水平去到邊度
