To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午餐：炭燒香茅豬扒飯＋凍奶茶餐廳處於一棟湖水綠色的大廈，配上黒色底版的金漆招牌，十分顯眼。裝潢及食物都充滿南洋風味，每種食物對我而言都非常吸引，選擇困難症馬上發作⋯⋯因為第一次食所以選擇了最穩定的香矛豬扒飯。• 香茅味濃郁，整片豬扒都醃得遍佈均勻，十分惹味香口；• 豬扒肉質鬆軟程度適中，外層帶點焦香；• 份量頗多，作為午餐相當果腹；• 餐廳設有油飯供選擇，但當日已經售罄了，唯有下次請早。值得一讚的是樓面侍應生都很有禮貌👍🏻
