柚子煙鴨胸沙律唔講唔知道原來煎出一件好味嘅鴨胸原來好廢功夫好廢心思!一般人對於排餐嘅印象都係需要係大火將鍋加熱跟住放入肉扒香煎,令肉表面變得金黃酥香,逼到油脂香味出黎。不過鴨胸嘅理想烹調方法就截然不同,係唔可以用煎牛扒嘅方式烹調,反而要從用冷鍋冷油開始。沙律菜上面嘅煙鴨胸已經切成一小塊一小塊,食到滿滿嘅鴨油香味同埋酸酸甜甜嘅柚子🍊調味又可以中和鴨油嘅膩感。法式炸薯條係一大盤咁上菜,完全唔會敷衍你,每條薯條都好香脆唔會軟軟爛爛,都食到薯仔香味同埋少少鹽🧂釣味。
