週末和朋友到Emporia Antico嘆個Weekend Brunch,餐廳裝潢華麗、富有歐陸風格。主廳有特大梳化及一個藏酒櫃,環境舒適,與三五知己在此把酒暢談,相當寫意。Brunch享有1小時任飮sparkling wine/red/white wine.黑色鱘龍魚籽,入口融化,香氣瀰漫口腔之中,配以果香汽泡酒,奢華享受。三文魚籽粒粒飽滿,晶瑩剔透,上面加上金箔,盛載木盤上,增添矜貴.小食拼盤上的每款食物也很精緻。特大帶子的兩面也煎過,入口鮮甜。一口吞拿魚扒外層微焦,加上龍蝦蛋黃醬,味道好夾。蟹肉撻皮薄香脆,釀滿軟綿綿蟹肉,還有薯片撻同樣鬆脆可口。巴馬火腿帶有咸香味是我最愛。侍應將矜貴松露一片片刨滿溫泉蛋面,散發出松露香味,配上暖暖流心蛋和雜菇一齊食,順滑美味。48 hour Pork Belly 用豬腩肉以慢煮烹調,肉與脂肪比例剛好,外皮有點似燒肉,而肉質腍滑。蘸上用蘋果酒煮成醬汁、酸酸甜甜挺醒胃,還有伴碟橙片,增加食慾。特濃朱古力蛋糕配雲呢拿雪糕,唔太甜。
