今天打去book檯食lunch,我好好禮貌同知客講,唔該我想訂檯,佢用好“吋”語氣問我訂幾時呀,幾位呀,我就答佢今天,8位,唔該你,跟住佢問我留咩姓呀,我答完佢之後,佢就話留意返個booking no.講左一個Y字之後,佢係度好大聲叫檯入客,跟住同我講來到都要等,收左我線,我就打返去去同個知客講,“唔好意思呀~我頭先book左檯,但是你未講booking no.,請問個booking no.幾多?”跟住佢好大聲同好唔耐煩咁“唉~你咁煩架,頭先講左啦,Y**呀”跟住我話,好的,麻煩你啦。我想知道點解做飲食業,啲服務態度可以差到......身為前台...係代表住你間公司的聲譽,為何還要用咁差既態度去做野?
