To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一早訂了檯和老友唱完K後去試,店舖位置確是偏僻了點,預早睇了推薦美食,一坐下來就叫,冷盤食物非常出色,尤其是水晶鴨舌超正,雞絲粉皮,牡丹蝦仁,均好食!!自己就好喜歡淮揚拾景炒飯朋友就鍾意炒四季豆話鑊氣夠千呼萬喚主角(大都烤鴨)終於出場真係做到皮脆肉嫩好好味!!!由於每樣食物都唔錯,在好鉋情況下,再點了甜品,燕麥片蕃薯亦攞到好高分!環境同食物真係適合女士聚會,因為大多數座位是架位設計,要坐得親密一點嘛!大都烤鴨整體表現很好!!
