講起車仔麵,通常都係諗唔到食咩嘅時候就會去食車仔麵。除左屹立不倒嘅萬利之外, 大埔近年好似比較少車仔麵崛起(曾經有間叫車王都唔錯嘅)。麵譜都算係比較新又幾好食嘅一間,仲要係疫情期間開店嘅(好似係)。 基本套餐一麵三餸(好似係),食車仔麵通常我都係油麵或者米粉。唔記得聽邊個講,車仔麵識食一定係豬皮蘿蔔魚蛋做膽。蘿蔔都係我其中一個飛佛,可惜食過兩次都有渣(可能我唔好彩),佢仲有其他餸都唔錯嘅,例如豬頸肉。多蔥都係另一個重點,唔係因為食蔥聰明,而係有蔥先夠香。 最後叫左牛腩豬皮豬頸肉油麵多蔥。皮蛋都好食,不過今次唔太肚餓就無叫。
