一入到去已經聞到up臭毛巾既味,地下好滑。坐係左邊既枱,右邊望住廚房入面垃圾桶。一坐低就有冷氣機滴水滴落頭,唯有坐近牆邊避開滴水位置。叫左兩碗麵,食落得幾樣野係正常。蘿白全舊係渣,豬紅有陣味,餃子個心唔熱,粟米墨魚餅個心係雪櫃拎出黎果種冰凍,我諗係微波爐叮返熱就算,但未熱得透。絕對唔會有下次,menu係有d趣,但係食物環境真係好差。員工幫手處理個墨魚餅都好甩漏又記錯第二枱客又誤會我地要過第二份。真係無下次,好難相信有好評。

疫情三年一直食開這家,都有啲感情。從門口的「制度壞左」牌,到牆上「食咩自己揀,自由嘅感覺」,再到店入面播啲歌,情懷有目共睹。最近質素越來越差。今次米線加蟹柳,蟹柳中間是凍的,找服務員服務員說你在自己湯裡涮下就可。Excuse me?你份蟹柳中間凍,根本沒煮徹底妳話在自己湯入面涮下就可?講完這句服務員先叫廚房煮一份新蟹柳出來。講真,聽完服務員句話加上通關後店入面越來越多播嘅大媽曲再加上擺入左嘅牌,再望返牆上「食咩自己揀,自由嘅感覺」,我覺得是一種諷刺。

以前好中意食這間車仔麵,河粉好新鮮,餸份數合理。近哩3個月都少左食,因為餸的份量越來越少。豬頸肉得3塊越切越薄,蟹籽丸只是普通打邊爐的急凍丸,不是貴食材都只得2粒。豬紅的調味較以前咸,整體比以前差左。希望以後有改善

講起車仔麵,通常都係諗唔到食咩嘅時候就會去食車仔麵。除左屹立不倒嘅萬利之外, 大埔近年好似比較少車仔麵崛起(曾經有間叫車王都唔錯嘅)。麵譜都算係比較新又幾好食嘅一間,仲要係疫情期間開店嘅(好似係)。 基本套餐一麵三餸(好似係),食車仔麵通常我都係油麵或者米粉。唔記得聽邊個講,車仔麵識食一定係豬皮蘿蔔魚蛋做膽。蘿蔔都係我其中一個飛佛,可惜食過兩次都有渣(可能我唔好彩),佢仲有其他餸都唔錯嘅,例如豬頸肉。多蔥都係另一個重點,唔係因為食蔥聰明,而係有蔥先夠香。 最後叫左牛腩豬皮豬頸肉油麵多蔥。皮蛋都好食,不過今次唔太肚餓就無叫。

朋友好鍾意食豬頸肉,叫咗兩份,覺得係值得叫嘅,爽口入味😋 水餃正正常常,冇乜特別🍽️ 腩仔肉嘅肥瘦比例幾好,煮得幾淋🥓


另外,湯底醬汁都有好多款可以揀🥫 小辣嘅話,「求其辣汁」比「是旦麻辣汁」更香辣,後者比較淡~

作為一個合資格既車仔麵愛好者,大埔新開左呢間傳聞好得既車仔麵,所以就黎朝聖下😉😉😉古色古香嘅裝修精緻嘅枱櫈十分舒適👏👏👏叫左個牛腩牛筋腩肉粗麵,份量一d都唔手軟,豪氣,肉類炆得好冧好入味,湯底濃郁,唔會食完要係咁飲水仲叫左個花膠試試佢,花膠就還好,冇麵咁出色PS。菜脯好得,放係枱都想食就自己加啦,但係食得晒先好加,唔好浪費食物丫👏👏👏😉😉😉😉
