To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友經常北上工作, 在香港時間太少, 在北上工作前跟我們在港的朋友聚會, 所以選中了紅磡置富都會, 吃飽飽可以立即北上.這家彩福主打婚宴項目, 在入口佈置以粉紅色花朵作主色, 夢幻的感覺, 進入大廳無柱的格局, 色調偏向粉綠色, 亦是較柔和的感覺.我到逹時還有兩位朋友未到, 所以先點個餐前小食, 青瓜伴海蜇, 青瓜可以再入味些, 海蜇大大條, 爽口夠麻油味.先點了四位用的商務套餐, HK$650, 燉湯清澈, 健康清甜, 完全沒有如老火湯的肥膩, 美味胡麻脆蝦球, 胡麻味恰到好處, 蝦球肉質爽及彈牙, 外層微炸過更提升口感.清蒸沙巴龍躉脆皮一品燒雞半隻, 份量也不少, 上枱時外皮還是熱的, 才可保持皮脆肉滑.濃湯鮮茄浸菜苗及紅瑤柱炒飯亦相當足料, 絕對足夠4-5人.額外點了”蒜茸粉絲蒸大元貝” 4隻$148, 確實是厚肉大元貝, 鮮味配上蒜茸粉絲蒸確實是一流.不經不覺, 一邊食一邊講已快2小時, 朋友要趕上直通車才決定散會, 下次見面又要等她忙完再約了.
