To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過譚仔米線啦！😀西環新開咗呢間譚仔，平時見佢有好多人排隊。加上排隔離嘅元氣壽司，兩間店之間shared area的門口真係好多人，唔想同人逼就擱置一試行動。今日lunch 途經見冇之前咁誇張多人，就入嚟試吓啦🤗可能過咗繁忙午飯時間，等咗幾分鍾就有位。點咗個鮮蕃茄湯底米線，揀10小辣咋😜。酸甜中帶辣，非常醒胃😋。又嗌咗碟小食—細蒜泥白肉，一如以往好食，久違的味道。👍🏻👍🏻美中不足，入嚟由落單到上菜真係等咗20mins左右, 有啲慢。
