To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

短短一條保德街內有3間咖啡小店，呢間係其中一間。幅掛滿fire king杯嘅牆好靚，好適合影相打卡❣️Iced Americano風味balance，nutty為主，唔差👌🏻Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagel有三文魚三大片，跟蕃茄三片，新鮮🥯包體質地唔得，包面欠微脆，包身欠嚼勁，欠缺咗bagel特色，加上微凍，翻熱唔夠🥲冇麥味，cream cheese極少，變相補救唔到，冇味；沙律菜份量非常慷慨同新鮮。
