近期興起的石板燒牛肉店開得成行成市,今天終於有機會一試。入店內先到自助售票機購票,即使不懂使用售票機,熱心的店員也很樂意幫忙。先選擇想點的牛肉及重量,以現金付款,取票後交給店員,店員便會帶領入座。入座後自行取餐具及調味醬汁,三款醬汁分別有自家製燒肉汁、蒜蓉及辛味燒汁。每張枱上亦備有喜瑪拉雅山岩鹽及黑胡椒。湯、米飯及前菜沙律是放題形式任添任吃的。是日供應的是日式牛肉湯,味道似羅宋湯,味道濃郁,材料十足。前菜沙律是椰菜絲沙律,可自由添加芝麻醬或柚子沙侓汁。分別選了牛肩排和肉眼,牛肉煎香外層,以一成熟放上熱石板供應,讓客人能自行以熱石煎至自己喜歡的熟成度,牆上亦掛了烹調指示提示客人將牛肉切細以熱石烹調。牛肉肉質柔軟,並沒有因價錢而拉低食物及服務質素,性價比高,值得一試。
