同朋友喺中環買完嘢,佢話公司附近有一間麵店幾好食,原來係位於石板街旁邊的餐館,呢度嘅麵有別於一般潮州粉麵,主要是中式加上日式元素混合。慢煮溫泉雞湯麵雞湯真係好濃郁,應該是用雞骨熬製,一點也不味精,食麵之前我都飲了很多啖。佢哋用慢煮方法煮雞,再切到薄片,每片都超大塊,有點像日本的叉燒,但係一點也不鞋口。慢煮吉列豬扒擔擔麵豬扒先慢煮再炸,所以可以保持肉質嫩滑多汁,每一口咬落都好香脆。擔擔麵醬汁香辣味濃,有層次感。加埋啲辣椒油,更開胃!點了麵食同主菜,可以以優惠價加小食,我哋叫了很多款,包括龍抄手同香脆辣子單骨雞翼等。龍抄手皮薄餡多。單骨雞翼炸得香脆,滿口蒜辣味,真係一啖接一啖都停唔到口。另外,八珍甜醋雞絲沙律都好特別,用香港傳統的八珍甜醋來做沙律也是第一次見,原來味道十分夾,酸甜味道好開胃。最後還有一口鮮蝦炸雲吞,雲吞皮炸得金黃酥脆,蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,配上醬汁一齊食。一份四粒,我食哂都唔夠,實在好食!呢間辦麵館真係估佢唔到,位置雖然隱蔽,但是食物質素確實有驚喜,簡單的材料,但是喜歡他的創意和配搭,是值得支持的小店!
