八十年代香港有好多印尼餐廳,由銅鑼灣駱克道到禮頓道,一間消失之後又到另一間,而尖沙咀依一間印尼餐廳一直經營到而家,真係一件不簡單嘅事!今日我又嚟尋回兒時嘅味道!印尼菜必點嘅沙律加多加多$82,獨特嘅醬汁依然醒謂惹味,配上蝦片和雜菜一絕!羊肉拼雞肉串燒$89,羊肉有肉洋不會有乾嘅感覺,而雞肉燒到有焦香嘅感覺,一定不可缺少就肯定係大量沙嗲汁一齊食!印尼炒飯$80,炒得好香顏色好看,仲有少少蟹肉響裡面添!椰汁雞$82,雞肉煮到好淋,而椰汁十分香濃,我最喜歡佢個汁不會太杰身,就算你食幾多都不會有滯的感覺!而我最鐘意落大量椰汁多到有少少湯飯嘅感覺,依啲就係我兒時嘅感覺兒時嘅味道了!最後飲左一個香濃嘅凍咖啡$30,令我有一個完全嘅晚餐!希望依個味道可以永遠保留!
