約左朋友入大埔,行行下發現呢間寫住「牛」既小店,就決定試下佢。裝修方面有啲茶餐廳feel,勝在地方新淨企理,坐得都算舒服。餐牌嘅選擇主要都係日式定食比較多,主要係牛同埋豬,但亦都有刺身同埋蟹蓋飯。首先試咗個芝士吉列豬扒定食($58),呢個一定要趁佢熱辣辣嗰陣食,豬扒大大塊,個外皮唔會好厚,炸得鬆脆,而且裏面嘅芝心好夠👍🏻用嘅豬扒亦都新鮮,唔鞋口,跟餐配埋汽水同沙律味道幾唔錯。但係一定要盡快趁熱食,因為芝士凍咗口感就冇咁好。黎得呢間當然想食佢個牛,餐牌上都有唔同嘅牛定食可以選擇。今次試咗佢比較招牌嘅爐端石板燒($168),有個日式爐仔跟餐上,非常精緻。牛肉嚟講,油花均勻,剪落好香,厚薄適中,燒肉配飯食一流!而且佢個火足夠燒成餐都保持到個熱度,無論係賣相定係味道都唔錯。跟餐既蟹肉沙律值得一讚,裏面嘅蟹肉成份都幾多下,啖啖肉,個汁幾好食😋另外仲叫咗小食,一口忌廉蟹肉薯餅($25)三塊。性價比來講係幾高,裏面嘅蟹肉量都唔少,外皮好脆口唔會太厚。室津生蠔兩件($55),大大隻幾肥美,唔腥,配柚子醬屬清新配搭,不過的覺得個醬唔係好blend in到,可能轉柚子汁,或者分醬上會好啲!總括嚟講新開小店

另外仲叫咗小食,一口忌廉蟹肉薯餅($25)三塊。性價比來講係幾高,裏面嘅蟹肉量都唔少,外皮好脆口唔會太厚。

總括嚟講新開小店咁樣嘅質素算係唔錯,食材新鮮,同埋味道都幾好,可以期待更多。
