石燒牛扒,近年在香港已經流行,香港好似有幾間不同的店。今日我食呢間「神」位於元朗,亦方便我,小弟住天水圍呢類石燒扒其實食個綽頭,平民鋸扒去到門口,望入去已有不少人,時間係六點都未夠喺部自助機買左票先,我揀左最基本的哥士牛扒,300G,最細份量係150g入紙幣落部機,有錢找的~~~~~~坐低左後,等個咇咇機響,服務員就會攞份扒過黎份量好大架塊石板好熱,唔好亂碰刀叉餐具要出去攞自助吧有白飯、湯同沙律我淨係裝飯,其餘兩樣都冇食裝碗白飯開始切牛喇,一塊一塊,兩面辣一辣,哥士牛扒較有咬口,肉味尚算濃其餘牛嘅選擇還有牛柳、西冷,但貴啲,我覺得食最基本嘅夠哂塊石板會慢慢唔熱,所以要食快啲,我慣左切細舊啲,易入口啲裝第二碗飯了一系列嘅調味,有燒汁、黑胡椒、海鹽、辣椒仔。我淨係落黑胡椒同海鹽
